Hi everyone! I know I said I was going 2 post the tag I got the next time I posted which I was, but my camera's battery died so i have 2 go get new batteries in it. Sorry about that!! Hi guys so I changed my blog name to Chris's Corner. Thanks Izzy for giving name!!!! Thanks every one else that gave me other blog name ideas!! Well I hope you guys like the name!! Hi guys I finally got a chance to take some pics of my school supplies i promised!! I put some clip art on them so i hope you like them!! Well here they are!! lol! Btw I'm so sorry some of the clip art quotes are hard to read!!!! Oh and I got tagged again so I'll post it next time!! lol!

Here's my folder I have for putting my homework in. The theme for this one is black & white.

Here's my pink binder i have. The theme for this one is pink, white, & black.

My blue binder has blue & white daisies & i put some Bible verses on it, too.

My lime green binder has some bright colored clip art on the front like hearts, smiley faces, and some quotes.

Here's the wrapping paper I'm going to be putting up in my locker this year. I tried my best to get most of my school stuff match the wrapping paper. If you can't tell the wrapping paper is pink with blue, yellow, & green flowers.

School Stuff

Hi everyone!! I have been getting some of my school stuff this week. I got 3 binders then i went on the Internet and copy and pasted some clip art on a Microsoft word and printed it out. I'm sorry didn't take any pictures, but if you want 2 see what it looks like you can go on Sara's blog http://saraandherthoughts.blogspot.com/2010/07/school-supplies-pictures.html#comments. I also got this awesome wrapping paper it's pink with blue and green flowers. It's so cute!! I still have 2 get some more school stuff, but I got most of it like book covers, binders, folders, etc. Well anyway so in middle school you get lockers and like in 8th and sometimes in 7th grade you get 2 lockers like the top one and the bottom one. But last yr in 7th grade I lost my bottom locker 2 an 6th grader so this yr I hope I get a bottom locker. I was lucky that my good friend Sara let me share her bottom locker so i could put my backpack in there. Well I g2g!! bibi!

New 4th of July Background and New Pic!!

Hey Guys!! I changed my background 2 a 4th of July Background so i hope you like it! You can tell me by voting on my poll on the side of my blog. Leave me a comment if you don't get a 4th of July background when you come on my blog cuz like sometimes when i first come on here a different background comes on then it changes 2 the 4th of July one. Well any way here's a new pic of Grettle & Abby.

Btw if you don't know this, Grettle is the Brown dachshund & Abby the creme/ blonde dachshund. Abby has got lot bigger! She now weighs 15 lbs. I think that's how big she going 2 be. Grettle is only 10 lbs or so. The reason why Grettle smaller than Abby is cuz Grettle is a mini dachshund and Abby is a small standard dachshund. Some large standard dachshund can get up to 30+ lbs.

SUMMER!!

Today was my last day of skl!!! YEAH! I'm so glad! This year went by fast to me!! Idk wat i'm doin this summer yet? I think i might go swimming with Sara, shopping, and more (which idk yet). I'm so glad my finals are done!!! They were pretty easy. I think the Science final wuz the hardest, because we had 2 label the parts of a plant & animal cell. I knew all of them expect for one of the parts. I wished I could of remember it! O well. Btw I changed the background again and some other things on my blog. Tell me if you like it. I'm so ready for summer. I still have about 2 days left cuz we have one whole day one Mon then on Tues and Wed are 1/2 days. Even though they are 1/2 days we have finals on those days. I'm nervous for one of the finals cuz it's 500 pts. So if you don't do well it can bring ur grade down. Which i hope doesn't happen to me. The last couple of days have been really nice here. The only thing that can get annoying is all of the tornado warnings here. The mostly is never a tornado here, bt there is all these warning things. Even if there is a tornado it probably wouldn't be that big. Well i gtg!

Hi guys! Srry I haven't posted in like forever!! I'm been so busy with school and other stuff. Abby turned one March 24. She getting big! So any way idk if I should get a facebook? Hey everyone!!! I'm so so so srry i haven't posted in so long! I have been really busy! I had 2 projects this week I had to do. yuck :P! Oh well! It's snowing were I live right now. I hope it snows so much that I don't have 2 go 2 skl tomorrow. I'm so bored right now!! O btw last weekend my orthodontist put these thing in my mouth that r call donuts ik that sound weird, but the are little round small plastic pieces that go between ur teeth. They hurt bad when I tried to eat hard food! On Valentines Day my parents got me the LG Chocolate Touch cell phone it's so cool. I will try to get a new background on soon! Wow I can't believe it's that time of the year again it goes by so fast! My dad just had one of his friends over for Christmas Eve then tomorrow we are having maybe 9 in our family over. Hi everyone. Guess what I change my background again. I just get tired of it after awhile. I change it to a Christmas one. On the first day of training for parachute jumping, a blonde listened intently to the instructor. He told them to start preparing for landing when they are at 300 feet.
The blonde asked, "How am I supposed to know when I'm at 300 feet?"
"That's a good question. When you get to 300 feet, you can recognize the faces of people on the ground."
After pondering his answer, she asked, "What happens if there's no one there I know?"

New Puppy
Two blondes went to the pound where each adopted a puppy. The joy of their new best friend was quickly overshadowed when they got home and the first blonde said, "I think we're in trouble, how are we going to tell them apart?"
This lead to several hours of concentration until finally, the second blonde said, "I've got an idea. We'll tie a red bow around my puppy and a blue bow around yours."
The next day the first blonde comes running up to the second when she got home, "Oh no, I can't tell whose puppy is whose. They've pulled the ribbons off while they were playing."
"OK, we need to find a better way to tell them apart," says the second blonde. After several more hours of concentration, they came up with the bright idea of getting different colored collars.
Again, the next day, the first blonde comes running up to the second as soon as she gets home, "Oh no, I can't tell whose puppy is whose. They've pulled their collars off while they were playing."
"There's got to be some way to tell them apart," says the second blonde.
After several more hours of concentration, the first blonde finally comes up with another idea, "I know! Why don't you take the black one and I'll take the white one!"

Yesterday was my friend Sara's birthday. She turned 13. One of Sara's b-day gifts was a DSI it's so cool! Dawn, Sara, and me were playing with it. It was so funny like there's this thing on there that like if u say something it can change ur voice high or low. Dawn made up the saying, "I can speak whale" then she would make a whale noise. It was so funny & stupid. lol! It was funny when u would play it in the high voice. We had a lot of fun! I want a DSI so bad I almost have en of money to get it. If I do I want the light blue one cause like blue is my fav. color & purple. I might do like my friend Dawn is doing like just waiting till Christmas to get one then u don't have to buy one but I don't know! Well TTYL!

Pumpkin

Hi today I carve a pumpkin I got like a week ago but it look ok. My mom help me carve it cause I don't do that well at carving! lol! It didn't take my mom and me as long as it usually does. I think because like there wasn't as much stuff in side there. I didn't do that well drawing it on there! I mess up a lot but I like my pumpkin any way! Snow!!

Today it snowed were I live. We got about 8in or more. This is the 2nd snow fall for this winter. I like the snow. It's so fun to play in!!! Abby loves it!!! Grettle hates it! lol! Abby likes it when I make her a snowball and throw it. Then she runs after like a idiot. I take some pics of Abby playing in the snow and post them on my blog if I have any time. She was so funny! She likes it when I play with her. I like it too but after a while it gets cold. It's still snow now. It look like a Winter Wonderland. lol get it! Ok I have some questions for u does it snow where u live? & If it does snow by you do u like the snow? Well that's it for now!

Ramdon Things About My Day

Today I had sort of a lot of home work. Well less then sometimes. This week our Lang teacher sign our class up for this essay competition. I don't really want to do it but she signed are whole class up. The outline is due tomorrow, the the ruff daft copy due on Thurs, and the the fine copy with everything due Nov. 5. I don't really like essay. Tonight through Thursday the weather guy said that it might snow here. So far tonight I haven't seen any snow it was only raining. The weather guy said that we could have thunder with the rain. I haven't heard yet. I want a little bit of snow like a foot or so but not like some years. Like we had 5ft or something like that. Well better go.

Halloween Dog Party At My Vet

Today we went to my vets Halloween party. It was fun but cold because we were outside for a little while. Abby was Mini Mouse again. They had some fun games there like musical bandanna like musical chairs but with bandanna, another game was like the had a dog treat on a rope and the dog would have to jump to get it. We didn't do that one because the rope was to high. They also had a scavenger hunt. You would get one toy and you could get milk bones. Abby found a little round stuff squawker toy. She was playing with it for a little while when we got home but now she is sleeping from all that fun. We didn't win the contest but this one was harder to win because they only had 1st place. A dog dress up as Snow White won. I almost got the same outfit for Abby. At least this time Abby got a stuff toy.
Ok some one ask me do I celebrate Halloween? I don't really celebrate it. The only thing I do is go to the dog Halloween party @ my vet and Petsmart, and stay @ home and pass out candy to kids who ring our door bell. When I was little I use to trick or treat but I not this year. Any way it's really cold where I live on Halloween. Except for last year it usually snows here. That's all I mostly do. I am so sorry I didn't take any new pics of her. I you want to see what she looks like scroll down the page at one of my older post.

After we were done playing in the leaves I help my mom put the leaves away. Are pile was 3 bags full!

That was so much FUN! Abby had alot of fun! This was Abby's first time playing in a BIG leave pile. A thing that is fun if you have dog(s) and some leaves is to throw a dog treat in the pile and your dog has to go find it. It's so funny! If your dog is older like Grettle or mellow then the might not do it but it depends. Ok I want to hear some good fall ideas that you do in the fall leave a comment to tell me! Then I will post them on my next post.

Ok the pics of Abby's and Grettle's Halloween costume is finally here! Abby was Mini Mouse and Grettle was a cheetah dog. They are SO cute! lol! We didn't win the competition but at least we had fun! One of the winners was the Labrador and he was a lab tech. Ha Ha Ha! Get it Lab tech. Ha! Ok well one of the other winners was dress up as a little lion. Some of the people from Abby dog training thing at Petsmart was there. They had two boxers Cloe and Brutus. They are so cute and they are puppies too. Brutus was a devil and Cloe was a Angel. Abby enjoyed seeing them again! Later I will post new pics of Abby's costume sometime next week because on Sunday is when our vet's Halloween Party. I hope we win that. Well Here are some pics.

Hi. Well Abby was going to be a banana. So we went to Target and got here the costume but it was to BIG! Some one put the Large costume on the Medium hanger. So my mom went back there and return it and looked to see if they had one Abby size. But they didn't they only had X-Small and Large. So I went to plan B which was Mini Mouse. She is SO CUTE! I post the pics on Tuesday cause that the day of the competition @ Petsmart. Grettle going to be a cheetah dog. lol! It so much fun. I hope we win!!

Nothing To Post About

I am tired and bored now. Later today I went shopping with Sara it was so fun!! I got some cute new long sleeve clothes cause I have none before. Tomorrow is Abby last day @ dog training. I hope she passes!!! The teacher told us we might have to do intermediate class. I take my camera so I can take some pics. This weekend I have a book report, Pre-Algebra hw, vocab words, spelling hw, and my memory verse. I don't want to do it. lol. Oh well. Well that all. I make sure to post some pic of Abby graduation tomorrow or some thing else.

Hi. I was tagged by Sara to tell a story about my favorite childhood memory. So mine is like when it was on Christmas a couple of years ago when I was little. I liked opening the presents, and being with my family and friends! We had like two FULL tables of people. It was so much fun! I liked hang out with everybody! At that time I still believe in Santa Clause but not any more! lol! So on Christmas Eve I put cookies and milk on the table for him. lol!!

1st Day of School

Today was the 1st day of school. It was so boring. I was so tired cause I got up at 6:20am and went to bed at 10:45pm or so. The teacher mostly talk about are syllabus. We had all are class concluding the class we would have on Tues. and Thurs. Each class ran for about 15 min. The worst part of the day is every one in the class has 2 lockers. I did, too expect for today cause they made me give it to a 6th grader. So now I'm the only one in 7th grade with one locker. :*( Also I got my dad to come on Friday cause my bottom locker (the one the 6th grader will be getting) was broken so my dad came special to fix it.:( Well any way it was fun to see all my old friends and so me new ones, too!! Summer went by REALLY fast!! Well I GTG bye!

Hi everybody! This morning was Abby's First puppy class at Petsmart. It was so funny cause she is usually hipper but today she was kinda scared of the other dogs. I think cause the neighbor dog Maggie which is a lab. always growls and the hair on her back goes up. But that doesn't seem to scare Abby too much cause she always wants to go to the fence to say hi. Abby learning in class how to look at me with the clicker. I click the clicker then I give her a treat if she looks at me. Also today my dad wanted to Denver to this jewelry store to get my mom a gift for her 30th Ann. My dad got my mom these pretty diamond earrings. He got me a pair too but not as expensive but I like them any way! BTW there Ann. is this Tue. Aug. 18. We went today cause I start school Mon. Then we went to go to this fancy place for dinner. Dad's Surgery

Today my dad is getting surgery on his shoulder. Last Jan. he had his right should done. This time he got his left one done. He still getting it done now. We have been here since 6:30am. I got up today at 5:00am. I was so tired cause I'm not used to getting up at this time and I got a pill to help me not feel nauseous which make me feel sleepy. I feel asleep a couple of min. ago. Lol. Well please pray for my dad to get to feel better!!

This my pics of my pets and some info.

Grettle:

My little sweetheart. She loves to get loved on. Loves to in the car to Sonic or Petsmart. Loves to sleep. Hates to go on walks and get wet! Hates Abby chewing and biting her! Like squeaky toys and pull out the stuffing to get the squeaker. She is 9 years old. So she was born in Nov. 18 1999.

Abby:

The goof of the family or squirrel. Lol! Loves to chew cause puppy, get wet in the pool we got her, play with anyone, and go for mile walks. Also she loves to dig. Shelloves to petted by people. She was born on March 24, 2009. She is 41/2 months right now.

Polly:

He love food. His favorite is millet and seed. He doesn't like pellets what he suppose to be eating! Loves taking bird baths in this little bath tub toy. Loves to look at him self in a mirror. We got him from the pet shop on April 17, 2007. (The blue one.)

Percy:

He the scardy cat of the family. Ever since we got him he has been that way. I try to tame him but he always flies away! Likes thing to hide in. We got the mirror cave thing. It caves in in the middle he likes to hide in there. We got him the same day as we got Polly on April 17, 2007. (the green one.)

Blue Beard,

Blue beard is my Betta fish. This might sound weird but he loves people looking at him. When anyone feeds him or go over there he does this little happy dance with his body it so funny! I sorry I don't have any pic. of him and know when we got him. The only thing I know is that we had him for about 3 years or so.

The Hermit Crabs:

Hermit and Sandy our my hermit crabs. They love to hide in there little coconut hut we got them. Also they like it when we take them out when I clean there cage cause we usely let them run around outside. Just like Blue Beard I have no pic. or know when we got him. The only thing I know is that we had them for about a year or so.

I have been cleaning my bedroom cause it really messy and I ready for a change! I can't move the furniture cause I have a small bedroom and it's to hard to move. So today I will be working on that! The Earring

Abby has been loosing her puppy teeth. One of them in her mouth is REALLY wiggly! I can't wait till she looses all of them! lol! On Friday she ate one of my mom's earrings. We call the vet and he said if she throws up or doesn't look good then take her in if not she should pass it in a couple days. She acted like she was going to get sick but when I call my mom to show her she stop. My mom said she would be fine! Later that night she pooped out the post on the back of the earring. Then the next day she the rest of it came out. The back out the earring was bent and the stone was moved over. I was SO glad that we did have to do surgery to get it out!!

Humane Society

Hi today I am REALLY bored! In the morning I help out with the Humane Society. There was a lot of dogs there! That means they need a lot of people to adopt them! They have all kinds of animals there cats, puppies, small dogs, large dogs, rabbits, birds, ferrets, and some more! I help out the small dogs cause I'm allergic to cats. What I do is wash dog bowls, clean visitation room, walk dogs, and unfold news papers. If you get news papers and don't know what to do with them when you get done then give them to your local Humane Society. If you are interested in helping out with the Humane Society then give your local Humane Society a call. You have to be 18 or older or you HAVE to be with a adult. Refreshing Cherry Limeade

Today Sara and me made this REALLY GOOD cherry limeade this is how you make it:

you get some pink lemonade
then key lime drink at Safeway in the plastic bottle
some 7up soda
cherry icy syrup
cherries
and some crush ice

Summery Diy Dessert

Today I made the really good dessert. Here's how to make it! Mix 1 vanilla pudding snack cup with 1/3 cup Cool Whip (thawed) and 2 tbsp. strawberry preserves. Then 4 paper baking cups on a plate. Put 1 wafer in each. Spoon pudding mixture on top. Top with one fresh fruit. Freeze for 1 hour.

Grettle LOVES to go in the car!! Every time you say want to go bye-bye she runs right to the door.I go into the car and put her on my lap. Ever since I got her she has always been on my lap! My mom ether takes us to Sonic or Petsmart. It's so funny cause when we take her to petsmart she barks ALOT and at home she doesn't really bark. Then when we get back home she goes right to bed.

Cool Things to do this summer...

Here's some fun cool things to do this summer

1) Put your favorite kind of lip balm in the freezer for 20-30mins. Then take it out then feezer and put it on your lip for a cool surprise.

2) Fill several water balloons up then get a plastic bat then get someone to pitch the water balloon to you.

3) Hey girls here's away to prevent tangles by putting your hair into 2 braids.

4) Here's another way to play limbo with a hose. Get someone to hold the hose then move your body under the stream of water if you touch the water you are out.

5) On a hot day take a spray bottle filled it with water and ice then spray your towel. It's fun way to cool down.

Hey Everybody! I'm Chris and I am a girl. I if you didn't know I love dogs!! In my life I had 3 dogs. The 1st one Gretchen black and tan dachshund, the 2nd Grettle a chocolate and tan dachshund, and the 3rd is Abby a cream or red dachshund as well. If you couldn't tell I love dachshunds!!! Abby is the yougest at 3 months old, Grettle is 9, and Gretchen would of been 17. Just to let you know I had to put Gretchen down about 4 months ago. It was really hard!
